CSAC is composed of 25 members whose backgrounds reflect a wide range of educational, artistic, historical and professional expertise....". they meet 4 x yearly to review all eligible proposals. Rollin Kirby really deserves a lot more recognition for the things he did. He was a very accomplished man who fought the good fight, his workings should be taught more in the schools.
